I just started taking SJW about a week ago (I had to switch brands...I was taking Sundown but found out that that was a bad brand so I switched to Kira) I just recently saw that it has an expiration date on the top and it said it is best used by November 2005...it's now February 2006. Would this have any effect on me? I have noticed that this past week..my anxiety has been getting somewhat better, but I'm very dreamy and dissociated (I know that's an aspect of anxiety, but I'm starting to question if it's maybe to do with the SJW) Should I get a new box of SJW or would the expiration date really have nothing to do with it's effectiveness?

Personally, I've used expired Kira before, and it still worked. I finished up a box that was maybe 7 months past the expiration date. Probably NOT the BEST thing to do. Since you are just starting out on it, perhaps it would be a good idea to get a new unexpired box of it.
