| |  "SJW & Constipation????"

Hi - first time here! Hope someone has some advice. I started taking SJW 2 weeks ago (3mg x3) and felt better immediately!! I reduced my intake now to only 3mg/day as my body is very sensitive. I was experiencing very vivid/odd dreams, very bad headaches, and not sleeping very well. I am pleased with the results, however there is another underlying problem - I have gained weight (5 lbs.) and I have gone to the bathroom (BM) maybe 5x in two weeks, where as I used to be a normal within that area. I am a VERY healthy eater and am active at least 5x/week. I feel swollen and my clothes aren't fitting any longer. I am not eating any more than usual and also I am exercising just the same amount. I must also tell you that at the same time I started SJW, I also started glucosamine sulfate (750mg x2), calcium w/d (500mg x2), flax seed oil (1000mg X2) - these are all for my "trick" back (which is thankfully also getting better!). Is there an adverse reation to the other supplements I am taking? Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
