i have posted below the details of the SJW im taking now, have been for 2 weeks now: im just so confused about the dosage, my therapist says to take one a day but i read it as 3 a day because it says each tablet is 225mg - my therapist says each tablet is equivalent to 1000mg. the bottle says to take 1 or 2 tablets 3 times a day. i think im on a low dose now which is why im feeling no effect yet. pls. help me understand. thanks.

I've never heard of the brand you're taking. One 200 mg. per day standardized to 3% hyperforin is a very low dose. The standard daily dose most commonly recommended is 27 to 30 mg of hyperforin per day. That means you would have to take 5 of these per day. Something else to keep in mind is the variability in formulations of different brands. Some people swear by a certain brand and others get minimal results from the same brand. Hyperforin is very unstable and subject to fast degradation when exposed to oxygen, light, and humidity. Some manufacturers are better at stablizing hyperforin than others. If the brand you're using doesn't work (after you get on the right daily dosage) try a different brand standardized for hyperforin.
