He there I have just started taking SJW. Today is the 4th day of me taking it. I already have few side effects such as dizzines, headache and lost of gas :) Having such amount of gas is not much of a fun. It make me feel very self conscious when i am around people, and it makes my stomach very loud wich ambarrases me.
I am here, I guess, because I need assurance that this will go away.

Hi - I also just started SJW (2 weeks ago). I have noticed the same thing - please see my question: SJW & Constipation. I'm also wondering if this will go away with time. I certainly hope so and I hope someone else has some experience with this. Good Luck.

I have to say that I also take gotu kola for the anxiety and this stuff is great...maybe even better than SJW since there is no side effects at all, and it gives you nice calm feeling
