When I look on my bottles ( I am from australia ) I read "standardised to contain 990iug hypericin and 15mg hyperforin"
this is per tablet.... now when I read the daily recomended dosage in the 'recommended dosage' section on the site it is way more than that...so do I shoot a whole bottle or are our dosage rates different?
Please help... I need something to get me out of this dark place I am in and I don't want to go back on the Zoloft

From the information which you have provided, the SJW tablets you describe contain an absolutely standard dosage.
You can take 1-3 per day.
Although dosages of hypericin and hyperforin are not an exact science a daily amount of 2,700ug hypericin is considered a 'norm' dose.

thankyou so much sheephead, I am so blue at the moment I took twice that amount just in case. Now I will drop it back to the one tab 3 times a day.
I am using Herron brand so it should be good quality.... it seems to be one of the recommended brands....so fingers crossed for me huh!
