1st time experimenting with SJW previously taken AD's but dislike the various side effects. I am now experiencing sleep disorders and low moods.
Reading various discussions I gather that some brands do not work as well as others.
I have just bought Holland & Barrett 300mg. Are these any good?
Any recommendations? Ive just read Perika may be good? Whats worked for you?
