I have been reading alot about SAM-e helping alot with depression. Has anyone tried this and if so how were your results?

Sam-e gave me alot of energy! It lifted my depression but lasted only 6 weeks. I was only taking 400 mg but at that rate I had anxiety, so I never did increase it. In fact, I am no longer taking it. The cost and anxiety I had with it - now on SJW
