this past summer i was under a lot of stress and took swj for about five weeks then i stopped. all was fine until i got the flu and was sick for over three weeks and i started feeling depressed again.-this time i started taking sjw immediately and i am feeling myself again after only eleven days. does anyone have any thoughts on what would be the minimum amount of time before i can ease off again.
