Hi,
I was just wondering if it is safe to mix different brands of sjw together. I am thinking of taking one standardized sjw tablet with one whole-herb capsule together in the evening....have any of you done anything like this? What do you think? Thanks so much, Samantha

I take one Nature's Sunshine 450mg time release pill at night and one Nature's Bounty 150mg pill around 3-5pm. I can feel the difference between the 3 brands I have taken. I don't see a problem with trying brands. However, I would reccomend taking one - two brands on a very organized schedule for the first 6 weeks before you play with any other brands. In the first 4 weeks of taking any AD meds you will feel alot of ups and downs. It all starts to smooth out after about 4 weeks and you can start to play with brands. Playing with brands before that could make your ups and downs worse. Each brand is a different potency.
