I have struggle with depression since my early teens and only tried one prescription for a short time. Became interested in SJW several years ago and have used it ever since (during winter months only). My 16 year old daughter is also currently using it. She was diagnosed bipolar a year and a half ago and had some very bad experiences with side effects and was taken off the prescription medication. She is doing quite well with the SJW. We are both taking 900mg at bedtime.

Wow, thanks for sharing, BannAnna. Those articles are great!!! I noticed that the lab tests on the SJW were done back in the late 90's. I wonder if the companies have improved?
