I have been taking St john's wort for about 3 weeks. I few days ago I decided that I wanted to stop taking it. That same evening I noticed a slight headache. Over the last there days since then I headache has been getting a little worse. I even feel a little soreness in my eyes. I went to the Doctor today and he said it could be some withdrawl sympoms, but otherwise nothing to worry about. I need some advice please!! How long will this last after I have stopped taking the St johns wort?

Do you think that it is even the SJW that is giving me the headache? What should I do?
