I began two days ago with 300 x3 . 2 in the a.m. and one at night. I finished a topical cancer cream regiment that leaves me photosensitive, and am lucky that it's a good time of year for low burn rays. So, since a lot of people get more depressed during the winter because of their activity levels and lowered sunlight levels...It all seems perfect to start a SJW regiment in the middle fall...(You defintely need some kind of cheering up during a skin cancer treatment period...you look like a combo of measles, acne, and road burn for 6 weeks.) You come out of it kinda shiny and new. So with the increase in photosensitivity due to SJW...and the rest of what I mentioned....This is a great time to be on! By the way, this foggy head thing people mention...I hope it isn't higher blood pressure causing actually a slight headache... I'll send another email in six weeks of less, if I notice a change. Thanks for having this great web site! Andre in S.F.
