I experienced a mind numbing paralysis when I read about you and your plugged-up bunghole. What's next?

I haven't experienced a problem, but I eat an extremely high fiber (veggie-rich) diet. I think I've noticed a slight change in my intestinal system, however, I'm just coming from such an extreme, its not a problem.
BUT - my digestive system is definitely changing. I've only been taking SJW for 8 days (recommended dosage - although I dropped to 2 pills vs 3 because I'm starting to experience manic tendencies already). I can't drink coffee anymore because the acidity upsets my stomach so much (which is fine, because with this mania, I don't need it. Never felt more energized during exercise than I do now).
The past several days I quick drinking red wine because it tastes like vinegar.
One thing that might help you is some herbal tea. I've been drinking ginger (not ginseng), peppermint and licorice tea to help with the naseau that I feel from SJW. Supposedly the stuff also helps aid digestion - maybe that's also why I'm not getting constipated. There are lots of digestive aid teas out there. Maybe they can help?

That's an easy problem to take care of. Herbal tea, fiber or prune juice will most definately take care of thta problem. If that's the biggest problem St John's Wort gives you, it's best to deal with it, because other medications will give you many more problems. I switched to coffee to tea now too. I have a couple of chinese soothing teas a day, and drink green tea the rest of the time. I just don't like coffee anymore. Maybe SJW had something to do with that.
