Hi all, this summer I`ve been taking St.John`s Wort without any succes.
I`m currently taking SAMe(for depression) with slight results and feel I need a serotonin booster. Would it be a good idea to supplement with Rodhiola Rosea?
Is there any interaction I should know about between SAMe(dopamin enhancer) and serotonin enhancers?
Any advice; any experience?

I imagine it could make you feel pretty edgy....although this might feel good if you're the depressed type. I remember seeing reports of this in the SAM-E forum so you should check that out.

Personally SAM-E alone had me punching computer joypads and screaming swear words every time I made a typo.
