I have been trying to get the same answer! I phoned the number on the Kira UK packet (1 a day) and they said it is the same as the old 3 times a day Kira (apparently they used to sell this but not now). It is just a more concentrated version.
I haven't been able to figure out how the dosing measurements work. They said the most important figure is the 900 (not sure of the measurement) of hypericin, rather than the 300mg of hypericum perforatum that the 1 a day contains. Makes sense I guess.
Although I have just bought the 3 a day Kira from an American website really for peace of mind. I too am used to taking more than 1 a day. Also, I wanted to make sure it was spread throughout the day rather than just concentrated at one time.

Dear Charley, Sorry I can't help on the Kira question but I just wanted to mention that when I switched to Holland and Barrett liquid vitamin B complex, I began to sleep like a baby! I later read that if you have trouble falling asleep, B12 helps and this complex has a very high amount of B12. Everyone if different but you might try it if you buy from them anyway. Good luck on the Kira question.
