Red bull is full of refined sugars and those can NEVER be healthy to the body (the sugar-free has aspartame, which has other health problems associated with it, sounds pretty scarey). Refined sugars and caffiene give that quick rush/quick energy depletion effect that can throw the body into a real tizzy. For your own health, I recommend you try to take the SJW on a different time schedule or try some exercise (which, after the intial struggle to move actually does eventually stimulate energy).
BTW - I'm a hypocrite because I drink coffee and Monster energy drink (occassionaly). Monsters have less sugars and more herbal ingredients, so I tell myself I'm doing the best I can. I'm also lucky because SJW actually gives me an energy boost.
