Hello all, I've just ordered SJW and this is my first time taking it. After Kelly's page I have a question. As far as the fatigue goes I was thinking of taking one in the morning but to combat the fatigue feeling is drinking red bull ok?

Red bull is full of refined sugars and those can NEVER be healthy to the body (the sugar-free has aspartame, which has other health problems associated with it, sounds pretty scarey). Refined sugars and caffiene give that quick rush/quick energy depletion effect that can throw the body into a real tizzy. For your own health, I recommend you try to take the SJW on a different time schedule or try some exercise (which, after the intial struggle to move actually does eventually stimulate energy).

BTW - I'm a hypocrite because I drink coffee and Monster energy drink (occassionaly). Monsters have less sugars and more herbal ingredients, so I tell myself I'm doing the best I can. I'm also lucky because SJW actually gives me an energy boost.
