Hello all,I just came acrossed this website an it seems to be helpful. I suffer with stress an panic attacks. An I tryed this vitiam called seredyn an I thought for $33 dollars it would be good silly me it didnt. I was wondering does this really work( sjw) I just want something to take off the edge an let me enjoy life again an do all the things I used to do. If so what is the best brand to get. TY so much an have a blessed day :)

I'm so glad to hear Seredyn didn't work b/c I was almost going to buy it myself but a good friend of mine who's a medic told me sjw was better b/c it helps with stress, panic attacks and depression. I've just ordered sjw, so I don't know how it makes you feel yet. I guess you'll never know unless you try? I'm overseas so the only way I can get anything is order it offline. I ordered from www.drugstore.com and it only cost me $20. If you're in the states GNC carries it to. I hope I helped you.

Dear Tee,
I'm an American living in Europe and would love to be able to order some of the items I miss from drugstore.com but when I checked it out, shipping+customs was almost 200% of the order! What was your experience with shipping and customs fees?

SJW works great at first, but it's not a long-term solution. It will wear out after a couple of months. Try it though, but make sure you choose a reputable brand as the potency varies greatly and cheap stuff simply doesn't work.

What do you deem to ever be a long-term solution? Believe it or not, but you have met your match. Like you, I have advice and answers to most any subject in here. However, after reading many of your past posts, it's plain to see that your solutions are nothing beyond guesswork.
