Close to rock bottom, I have just started taking SJW
"Natures Resource" 450mg time release capsules.
How long should I expect to no longer be wearing my ass on my shoulders?

Hopefully soon - that sounds uncomfortable, having your ass on your shoulders. It can take from 1-6 weeks for SJW to really start working. In the meantime you should find some fun things to do and spoil yourself a little bit. It makes the time pass more quickly and you might even enjoy yourself along the way.

BTW everyone, I have started work on sjwinfo.org again, the new & improved version.
