Topic Title: Walmart/asda brand SJW

Hi, I live in the U.K. and have just started on SJW 2x300mg per day from ASDA, which is a British supermarket owned by the American giant Walmart. After reading the dosage section of this website and it's warning against buying cheap Walmart SJW, I am concerned that my SJW may be of the same quality. Has anyone had good effects from Walmart/Asda SJW? thanks, Joe

Hi Joe: I have been on the WalMart brand called Spring Valley here in the States for three months. I have found it to work great and have had no problems. In the beginning after reading some of the previous posts on this board I was concerned as you are that perhaps it wasn't the best quality. So far it seems to be doing the job. It is standardized .03% as the studies done suggest SJW should be. I still might at some point try HBC Protocols as I've read that brand is research grade as is Perika just to see if there is a difference or not. Good luck!
