Hi

Does any one know if St. John's Wort can raise blood pressure? I just bought Kira l160 and after 1 pill feel kinda spacey. I think I will start with 1 a day and gradually go to full dosage. Was just wondering about the blood pressure......thanks

I ran a google search on this, and there evidently have been some, very infrequent from what I read, instances in which it is believed Saint John's Wort may have affected blood pressure. This is apparently a reported, but rare, side effect. The "spacey" feeling has been mentioned by other people on the forum, and I am guessing that is a more common experience, and don't know if that might be related to a change in blood pressure or not. That might be something to check out.
