I have been using Spring Valley SJW for about 2 months now with pretty good results. Actually initially, the results were awesome but now they aren't as good, but still okay. The problem I have is that I still have no energy. My mood is much better but I have no motivation or drive. Is there anything you guys can recommend. I tried Perika but had headaches and pounding heart, so I stopped. In all fairness though, I was taking Rhodiola too so I'm not sure which one made me feel bad. I just stopped them both. I guess I could try adding the Rhodiola again or maybe doing just the Perika. What do you all think?

Try a complex of B-vitamins for a few days and see if that helps. If not you may also give DL-Phenylalanine and/or Tyrosine a try.

Thanks. I actually realized shortly after posting that I had not been taking the recommended dosage. I was actually taking only 3 pills per day when I should have been taking 6. I actually feel much, much better with the 6. I actually am going through some trying times personally but am dealing very well with it. I believe it's because of the SJW. I think I may have found a good dosage.

Thanks again!!
