Hello everyone, I've been depressed for several years and have taken SJW Perika for the past 6 months. It seemed to work a little at 1st but not so much anymore. I tried increasing and decreasing doses and nothing seemed to help. So now I'm thinking of switching brands to Kira and giving 5-htp a try. My questions are how much SJW to take with 5-htp, I'm thinking of starting out with 600mg of Kira and 50mg of 5-htp and then building myself up to 100 to 150 mg of 5-htp with the 600mg of SJW. My second question is what brand of 5-htp does everyone recommend?

IF anyone could reply quickly that would be great, I'd like to order the Kira and 5-htp as soon as I can.

I was taking 100mg of 5-HTP twice a day while also taking SJW without any problems at all.
