Okay I bought the Spring Valley brand of SJW and its not working for me, what is the best one out there and where can I find it and what is the cost. Thanks so much in advance!

Don't forget, it can take 3 - 6 weeks before you feel anything. Did you try it for that long?

Sorry that didn't work for you. Don't give up. What works for one person might not work for another. I personally use Kira and buy it on line at iherb.com. It's on sale now, down from ten bucks a box to $7.69. 45 tablets in a box, recommended to take 3 a day. I only take two a day right now, but have needed more sometimes and less other times. I hear the name Perika mentioned a lot also. I also shop at houseofnutrition.com if I can't find what I want at iherb. Best of luck.
