Does SJW cause skin discoloration like age spots? I would like to know I am pron to sunburns and skin rashes

After only 3 weeks of SJW use my skin got as white as snow. I also noticed that I got really sensitive to bright light. After I stopped using SJW the symptoms disappeared in a few days. Too bad though, because I really liked the antidepressant effects of it.

Actually the effects of sjw might be just the opposite.
It (sjw oil) has been known as a remedy for skin discoloration.
Here's a quote from the site below:
"Topical application is also supposed to help treat vitiligo, a condition in which skin loses its melanin and becomes discolored in patches. "
