I bought the spring valley brand of SJW at walmart last night and it says to take 2 tablets 3x;s a day is that right? I read somewhere on here that someone was taking 3 pills at night before bed, or something like that. Has anyone taking this brand and it worked for them? Thanks in advance!

I've taken Walmart brand Spring Valley SJW with good results. Yes, take 2 capsules three times a day, because this brand has only 150 mg per capsule, whereas others have 300 mg per capsule. So in order to reach the recommended 900 mg per day, you need to take 6/day of this brand. From what I understand, it would be okay to take 3 in the morning, 3 at night, or even all six at once -- whatever works for your busy lifestyle. I often took 2 in the morning, 4 at night simply because I forgot to take it at lunch. It took a full month before I felt the results. Good luck!
