Do most of you take all 900mg at the same time or 1 cap 3 times a day like the bottle reads? Does it matter?

Hi: I find that my mood is more even if I take it three times a day instead of all at once. Others like to take it all at once in the evening, because that way they don't feel tired during the day. It doesn't really affect me on how tired I feel.

Thank you very much! Yesterday I took it 3 times a day and thus far I've done the same today :)
