Hi,
I have been taking SJW for 21 days now and for about 2 wks now had progressive constipation and I am feeling extremely tired. I was wondering if any one else had similar symptoms? Do they go away or is there something else going on? Also a contraindication of SJW is OTC meds is that regular cold medications or allergy meds? Need any advice and help.

The first few weeks I took SJW I felt sleepy but it seems to be getting better now. Your typical cold medications can cause constipation because they dry you up. Allergy medications are basically antihistamines and they too will cause drowsiness.

I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that SJW can cause GI problems, but I think it said it was quite rare. I know I have a very sensitive gut and it has never caused me any trouble.
