Hello. I started using Nature's Way Perika on Thursday and have been experiencing headaches. I admit that I'm not sure if it's the Perika or sinus headaches. Initially I was taking Rhodiola too because I was so tired all the time. But I stopped taking it to see if it was the combination of the 2. I just wanted to know if anyone else have experienced headaches with Perika and if so what did you do to stop them?

P.S. it may be only a placebo affect but I do think I feel a little better already.

I had headaches when I first started taking Perika and each time I would ramp up the dose. They disappeared on their own over a few days' time. Hope you continue to feel better.
