At my doctor's advice, I quit SJW cold turkey and started a script for Lexapro on the same day. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! I had nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, and the absolute worst anxiety I've ever felt in my life. I cannot be certain if my reaction was a result of quitting SJW, or starting Lexapro, or the combination of the two (because I now know that it takes weeks for SJW to be out of my system)... but I would be very careful about stopping/starting anything that has a potential for a reaction.

I've quit SJW two times in the past 5 years. I just drop a dose each day. You normally take three pills a day. I didn't have any problems.
