Hi
I have cecided to try a course of SSRI medication to help with my anxiety. I have been taking SJW for about 6 weeks, my GP said stop taking the SJW immediatley and not to mix the two.
Should I stop taking SJW immediatley or gradually.

I did alright by just eliminating one pill each day.

I agree, reduce by one capsule for a few days or a week, and then the last one, before you switch over. All the SSRIs take some time to start working, and stopping any antidepressant abruptly (including SJW) is not the best idea. Good luck.
