Firstly apologies for wasting anybodies time who considers this a misuse of the board - that is / was not my intention. I am working on a documentary series for BBC Science Department in the UK about Alternative Medicine. One of the programmes in the series is looking at herbal medicine, part of the programme looks at St John's Wort and it's use as an alternative treatment for depression. We would like to film an interview with some one that has had a positive reaction from using St John's Wort, with have the scientific studies, but we need a spokesperson that can put a human face on the subject. We can only film someone from the UK Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you for your time.

You'll have to let us know when the documentary is ready for airing. It's great that more and more news/films are discussing alt meds.
Good luck!

I'd love to help out, but I don't live in the UK. Just wanted to say best of luck with this documentary. For me it was the original study by the British Medical Journal that convinced me how effective St. John's Wort really is. The more in-depth study they published earlier this year (on how it can be even more effective than some of the prescription antidepressants) just confirms what many of us already knew. :)
