Does anyone know if there is much difference in the effectiveness between the HBC Protocols SJW, shown here...

and the Kira SJW..?

I've never tried Kira, but read on another forum that one user felt Kira was a little milder than HBC, but individual response to any of these brands seems to vary, so I doubt that there's a clear answer to your question. HBC Protocols uses the Indena extract; Kira uses LI 160. I'm not well informed on the technical side of this, but both extracts have been extensively researched, and both are probably effective. You might get a better feel for the differences by researching the extracts -- I didn't do that to any extent. I'm happy with a combination of HBC Protocols, Ginkgo Biloba and vitamins. Chose to try HBC over Kira primarily because of cost. There are people who like Kira too.

Thanks very much FMacKay!
I might try the HBC Protocols SJW, and see how it works for me. Thanks again.
