Hi all!
I`m on my 6th day on SJW and today was the first morning when I felt bit better, like 15% better than when beginning the treatment. That`s good, it`s a way to start.
This afternoon I began feeling discreet muscle twitching in both my legs. It doesn`t hurt but it`s a strange sensation that is not going away for...6 hours now.
Did anybody get them? Do they go away?

Hi Dania, I have been taking St Johns Wort for about 10 days and havent noticed any muscle spasms or any other side effects or helping with my depression, but they say it can take up to 3 weeks for it to start helping. Monte
