Hello, I am 17 years old and have been experiencing symptoms of anxiety for a few years now. About six months ago I decided I needed help, but my anxiety (ironically) prevents me from approaching my family/ doctor for help. So I purchased SJW yesterday. I most commonly suffer with social anxiety (although never diagnosed, it is incredibly clear to myself and my family) along with intense anxiety and paranoia otherwise. I even had difficulty walking up the street to the store for it, and giving it to the cashier, because i was afraid of what she would think. Ridiculous, I know. My question is whether or not SJW is appropriate for me. Not if it WILL work, but if it might. Also, is there any other herbal/vitamins I should consider taking? Any feedback is appreciated, I really have no where else to go.

SJW should be just fine for you. You may not see results right away but give it a good 6-8 weeks. And try to get a quality brand, (many brand suggestions on the forums) Good luck I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

Thanks, that's good to hear. My only problem is that I live at home, so I can't really order online as it would come to my house. I live in Canada, so I buy the Shopper's Drug Mart "Life" Brand. If you, or anyone, have any suggestions regarding good brands in Canada, please let me know. Thanks.

I have severe Social anxiety and shyness. I've been taking Clarocet since Feb 20th. I am feeling huge difference. I feel less anxious and shyness when around people. I started talking to people with confidence.
Please try this product. Earlier I was taking Perika SJW. I didn't help me much.
