I started taking sjw about 3 weeks ago. I take the recommended 900 mg daily dosage. I haven't noticed any impact yet. I'm sure its an individual thing, but I'd like to know people's general experiences.

Also, is the effect cumulative ? What I mean is, when you start to notice positive effects does it get better or is it just an initial effect that is maintained ?
