Hello,
I am new here... I have been taking SJW (3x300mg, German brand Jarsin – well-known here) for 6 days now. It is hard to say anything about the positive effects yet… However, for the last 3 days I have been experiencing horrible restlessness. For the next few hours after taking the pill my heart goes thumbing in my chest, I cannot sit in peace, have to keep moving (this ‘extra’ energy does not feel nice), sometimes feel chest pains, my hands are shaking , feel anxiety… What shall I do? Lower the dosage? Stop taking it altogether? I do know it takes some time to kick into the system properly but the phase I am going through is a real horrid… Please, help…

I experienced the same symptoms as yourself when I started on 900 mgs/day, so I cut back to 600 mg/day and now I am down to 300 mg/day. I feel much better.

Thanks a lot for your help. It is a bit calmer now... I am just wondering if it does help at all if you cut down the dosage so much. I am still waiting for the positive ( or any, for that matter) results - it's almost 2 weeks now so at least 2 more to go...

If lowering does not help stop taking it.
