I have been taking SJW for a long time. The only thing that I have noticed different is in my diet.
My cravings for Oreo Cookies and Garlic Dip have increased tenfold.
Has anyone else noticed this?

lol, wow what a combo. im gonna try that myself. 4mths on SJW and the only noticeable effect on my diet was that it suppressed my appetite in the beginning. May have been the result of my valerian intake. Oreo Cookies and Garlic Dip..Yum!! lol
