If it significantly alleviates your problems and turns you from a sad person to a happy person like it did me then you would feel dependant on it, like I do. But it does not create a physiological dependance.
As far as I'm aware you can take it for as long as you want as there are no notable side effects. Guess you might take it for as long as it works for you. You may decide to stop for other reasons too.

No, it's not addictive and it doesn't cause any kind of addiction.
