About 2 weeks ago I started SJW at 2 pills a day, 500 mg a piece. about a week and a half into it - I started bleeding (as if on my menstrual cycle) while I wasn't supposed to. I have been warned that it will decrease the effectiveness of bc pills, but it's like I'm not even taking them. I'm wondering if I could find a happy medium (because I don't want to be pregnant or depressed), like perhaps - cut down to 1 pill a day. So far, taking them for two weeks has improved my mood greatly. Please advise.

ai, what to do? Im a guy so dont have that problem. If only its effects were known for sure. Wouldn't risk it myself. What a dilemma. Hope you find a solution soon.
