I bought 2 bottles of SJW the otehr day for a mood booster. It says the recommended dosage is 2 pills 3 times a day preferrable with water at mealtimes. The brand is "Nature's Resource". On teh front of the bottle it states 150mg extract but on teh back of the bottle it states...SJW aerial parts extract 300mg(Hypericum perforatum). and Hypericin(by UV) 0.9mg. So should I take the 2 pills 3 times a day to equal 900mg or should I start with 3 a day and work myself up? I don't have depression but I want to take these cuz sometimes I get down on myself and I'm tired and just want to be happier and take something that will level me out. Please any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Why don't you try 2 a day and see if that works for you? Less is better than more..
