I am SERIOUSLY thinking about beginning to take SJW for mild/moderate depression that has been on going for about 2 years (it comes and goes) although this "bout" has lasted about 8 months... I think it is time to start taking something before I dip in deeper than I already am.

I have done a lot of research on SJW, and one of my concerns is that it interacts with the effectiveness of birth control. I am currently on the pill- Yasmin to be exact. I am just curious to know if anyone is currently taking SJW and on the pill. Does any one have any advice/personal stories for me??

Any and all responses would be greatly appreciated.

I would really like to know aswell.

I was taking SJW for 4 months or so and it worked brilliantly. However I stopped taking it when I began diane-35 (for my skin mainly).

3 months later I feel like utter crap. I NEED to go back on SJW but I'm not sure how it's going to interfere with the pill. There's information on the net but it's mostly speculation. I need first hand experiences!
