Has anybody ever had increased agitation and increased anxiety on SJW? I have been taking it for a week and started to experience this over the past few days.

Yes, I had the same problem when I would first start taking the SJW capsules. Full-on anxiety attacks and extreme paranoia. I also had neck muscle spasms which were quite painful. Then, after a day or two, I'd be fine. I had better luck later with the tea.
I'm not on The Mood Cure regime and find it's much better for me now. I was on Paxil but it made my hair fall out!

I have taken SJW for 8 days now and have found an improvment in my life.
Periodically I experience increased anxiety so I stopped taking my last tablet in the evening at supper and we''ll see if this helps.
So far I haven't had any chest pains, which is nice!!
Kelly suggests that we need at least 4 weeks for the SJW to work in our system.
