I want to go on Prozav cause I read the Prozac Diaries and the author writes that it infused her with clarity and brought her back form the brink, to normal, like this miracle, but I cant just rely on that and Elziabeth Wurtzel's Prozac Nation for the truth.

so dish dish dish

Does this prozac or lexopro or any particualr antidepressant bring you back to your pre depression self when combined with therapy, which I am getting etc etc

is it better than nothign at all?

I was taking rhodiola which helped me for two months, bringin my happy voice back from its tiny grave, making me more light filled seeming, energetic

yet of course I was still saying all the jealousy laden judgemental things

i just want to be what i was

Agree with Kelly's post. They do work and in some causes they are the best option. However, there are alternatives (for some people).

Also, don't forget that exercise (often just getting out regularly and going for a walk) is extremely helpful.

Yes they can each work, that's why millions of people take them. Which anti-depressant you choose depends on many factors... I created this website for people interested in alternative (and more natural) treatments for depression, but the prescription drugs work too.
