| | "should I take SJW?" , Mon 15 Aug 08:40
I wil appreciated if someone can answer my question. I know I have a beautiful family. A pretty house and a good husband. But I never feel happy everything makes is a big deal everything if I need to clean up I get mad. Or if I need to cook I get mad. I dont know if I can take SJW and this will help me to accept my obligation without being so mad with all. And being more patience with my family. Thanks if someone can help me

Dear Cake:
You are not alone!! I believe that many woman feel that way with repeatative daily activity and duties in their life, they just don't want to be vocal about how they feel.Good for you, congradulations for speaking out!! I don't think there will be harm in trying SJW Go for it and good luck!! Keep in touch!

Hi: I feel exactly the same way you do-have a good husband, two beautiful children, nice house, good education, etc. I have struggled with anxiety/depression since my early teens. Have been on prescription meds off and on during this time, with some good and some mixed results. Have been taking 5HTP for a while. It was really beneficial before the birth of my second child, but is somehow not working as well after I restarted it once I had finished breastfeeding (can't figure out though if it might have been also due to the fact that I changed the brands). Anyhow, to make this long story short: I am trying to be quite disciplined these days about taking my B-vitamins, Omega 3 capsules, calcium+magnesium, and I will try the St.JW once my order comes in. I am hoping it will make a difference-it's not fair for the kids to be wittnessing these mood swings. I tried SJW about 6 years ago, I don't quite remember why I quit-maybe because I was contemplating getting pregnant and my doctor advised against taking it since there was/is not much known about taking it during pregnancy. I will let you know if it works, hope it does for you too. It certainly can't hurt to give it a try!
