Calling on all veterans to answer this one.
If someone was to try SJW in high doses (well over 2000mg a day) for a certain period of time (let's say 4 to 6 weeks), what possible side effects/health hazards should they be aware of before proceeding?
We already know that it "could be dangerous", I was wondering if someone might have some specific information (like photosensitivity for example etc.)
Thanks

When I took more than needed I felt weak and tired. Woulden't you get sick trying to take such a high ammount and stop?

I think you may be right. From my experience there seems to be a "window" in which sjw works, although a specific working range seems to vary on an individual basis. Too little and I still feel a distinctly depressed mood, too much and I feel extremely fatigued, sometimes agitated. I've never taken an extremely high dose -- my maximum was 1200 mg. per day of a standardized extract -- but I felt bad enough at that dose that I never would have gone higher. I think it's extremely important to ramp up to higher doses and down to lower so that you get a feeling for what is going on. Some people experience a good effect on a very minimal dose, and ramping down may make them aware of this. Hopefully ramping up to higher doses would also give warning as you approached a dose that was too high. That said, there has not been much research on high doses of sjw, and I don't think it's anything to experiment with on one's own.
