I use Nature's Plus brand. I'm pretty sure it's the brand people on this board were recommending a couple years ago, and that's why I bought it.

I don't use it on a daily basis. I read here on these boards (about two years ago) that people were wondering if it still worked after the first week, as they seemed to have a very intense good feeling the first week, and then didn't have that feeling after that. So, not wanting it to stop working for me, I've just used it occasionally when I feel at my absolute worst in the winter. I also used it on my two week bike ride this year, as it is supposed to help with stamina, but I forgot to use it the first week, and then took it the second week. I think it did help with my energy level. I can't take it every day, as I get a headache if I do, so every other day works for me. I seem to feel more mellow, less anxious, happy, little things don't bother me that did before, my mind is less jumbled.....it's hard to explain......I must have felt pretty bad this March---I see that I bought two bottles. I guess I used Kira SJW and tyrosine instead, and that must have helped, as the two bottles of Rhodiola are sitting unopened on my shelf.........
