Hi all, I am new here! I have been taking SJW for about 2.5 weeks, next weekend my period is due and as usual I haev PMT, only this time feels far worse than ever. I want to cry at the drop of a hat get mad very easily, and have suicidal thoughts for no reason. I was hoping the SJW would have kicked in enough to combat these feelings and at least make me feel better. It is very rare I get very low with PMT I get irritable and a bit teary but no where near as bad as this. I have read on here that it can take 4 to 6 weeks for the SJW to kick in but surly I should be feeling better not worse! Can this happen, has anyone experienced getting worse before it can get better? I have heard it said of Prozac and alike but SJW too ?? Please help I am very confusedxx Thank you
