Topic Title: How long should one wait?

I want to start a supplement but would like the previous one out of my system. Does anyone know how much time to allow before starting a new supplement or drug?

I am trying to get off tranzene (a benzo) and have taken every antidepressant in the world. ( I have learned from experience that you need to allow time between drugs.)I tried anxietol 7 but it interacted with the tranzne which caused it to not work right. So I am curious as to how long I need to go without drugs in order to start anxietol 7 again. (Or basically how long the anxietol 7 will be in my system so i can try it again.)

Which anti-depressant are you taking right now? Different ones stay in the body for different periods of time... in fact I've seen websites that compare Prozac to Paxil, Wellbutrin, and the rest. They're not all the same, even if they all do pretty much the same thing when they're working.

Just kidding I guess it depends on the drug and how long you have been using it. There's no general rule as far as I know. What have you been taking?
