Topic Title: Do your research

I don't want to pick on anyone but I see a tendency for people to come here and ask some of the most basic questions about SJW, things that they could find out in minutes simply by running a search on it or reading it from the SJW information on Kelly's main page where he gives quite a lot of information on it. Things like "what's the dosage" or " how long will it take for it to work" etc. Or you occasionally read the posts in the experiences section that sound like "I have been taking a bottle of Perika for the last two months and it didn't work for me! I want my 7 bucks back!" It just shows how uninformed people are. I mean what is wrong with being informed and staying up to date with the information out there (available online at the click of your mouse), especially when you are dealing with something as vital as your mental and emotional health, it's beyond me.
And I see that these questions have already been answered solidly in this forum: would it hurt to read any of the previous posts here? Just a thought

Hi, fair point there. Although there is some great info on this forum there is also definitely a fair bit of wading through the same old questions too, which gets a bit tiring.
For fast effective profit own a drug company.

It's the same old story on any message board... many people would rather type out a question instead of spend five minutes searching for the answer. I'm not sure that will ever change, though... it's too hard to anticipate how people are going to go through a website, so I've given up trying. All I can say is, some of the most basic questions tend to go unanswered, because it's so obvious they haven't spent any time looking to find the answers... and therefore probably aren't serious about treating their depression..
As with anything on the Internet nowadays, everyone is just one click away from dreamland again -- most people don't have the attention span to read anything. Maybe it's a function of the Internet, or the fact that fewer people are reading nowadays (books, magazines, newspapers, you name it). It's easier to flip TV channels or surf the Internet.
Either way I don't mind people coming and posting messages, it's nice to see so many supportive people in one place... it sure isn't like that when you walk down the street, because most people just can't relate to you.
