Don't take Paxil unless you really, really have to. And I mean unless you're suicidal. I took it to try to get over the PPD that had plagued me for 19 months. I was doing everything I could in terms of therapy and I really needed a chemical solution. So, in desperation, I took Paxil on recommendation from my doctor. I felt dead, so so tired, and it made my hair fall out in handfulls. It was awful. Also, they don't tell you how physically addictive it is! It's absolute hell to get off of it. Fortunately, I was only on it a month so I was only sick for a few days. But it's taken months and a lot of supplements and reading and researching to get my health back, and to get my hair to regrow.
I highly recommend The Mood Cure. I feel better than I've ever felt. And no side effects for me, though some people have to play with their doses of the supplements before they feel good.

I have severe Social anxiety and shyness. I've been taking Clarocet since Feb 20th. I am feeling huge difference. I feel less anxious and shyness when around people. I started talking to people with confidence.
Please try this product. Earlier I was taking Perika SJW. It didn't help me much.
